Registration Process/Terms:

You may:

1. Mail your registration form and your cheque made payable to:

CARP Richmond/Delta S.H.A.R.E.

2. Email your Registration Form (filled out and copied to a pdf. file or filled out and scanned) and return it to the email address below, with funds e-transferred at the same time.

Once your registration form and payment have been received, you will

  • receive confirmation of your booth space and
  • an informational package with additional details will be sent to you. Receipts will be sent electronically within 5 business days.

* Registration cheques are NOT refundable after June 3rd, 2017.

* Registration deadline for exhibitors is June 10th, 2017.

Promotional Items and Door Prizes: Note: All promotional items and all door prizes will need to be delivered and checked in with our volunteers one full week early – by 12:00 p.m. (noon) on June 17th There will be designated prize tables located in front of the main stage, where your door prize will be displayed with your company/organization logo (please attach it to your prize or supply one for the table).
